Positive: Liked the open floor plan, the number of beds, the well equipped kitchen (except for lack of paper towels), lots of bath towels to use. It was clean.
Negative: The occupation certificate had expired. The dishwasher was not usable. The ice maker didn't work and there were no ice trays, the air-conditioners were noisy and inadequate. It would have been nice if they had apologized for the renovation of the downstairs bathroom. It worked but was in a state of work in progress. It didn't look like the posted pictures. They need updating.
